Our Employee Benefits

Our health, dental and vision insurance plans share the same eligibility criteria. An employee is eligible to participate if they are committed to work a minimum of 30 hours per week or 120 hours per month. Eligibility starts from the 15th of the month following the employee's start date.

Starting in the new year we are adding employer paid life insurance for all benefit eligible employees, even if you don't elect to take benefits. For more information please reach out to the agency

Health insurance is available to eligible employees through United Healthcare and there are HMO and PPO plan options available. We pay 50% of our employees' medical insurance premiums.

Dental insurance is available through United Healthcare. Employees are responsible for the premium towards their preventive dental care, basic dental care, and other major or orthodontic services.

United Healthcare provides our employees with vision coverage. Our vision insurance provides significant cost savings as we pay 100% of our employees' premiums.

Our 401k plan is available after 1 year and 1000 hours of work. We offer a company matching plan.. We also provide a matching contribution equal to a percentage of your salary deferrals, after 1 year of employment, with 1,000 hours worked.

We want to add your friends to our family! For each type of referral, you will receive $200 for Sterile Processing; $250 for Surgical Technologists; and $300 for Nurses. In addition, we offer a unique benefit where all full time employees who work 1500 hours in a fiscal year (Jan-Dec) earn a lump sum bonus at the end of the year.
